On November 14th, 2023, BeAmbassador stood out as the winner of the VI Talent Summit, an event that brought together the cream of the business sector in Spain to celebrate and recognize innovation in digital solutions. This year’s focus was on fostering entrepreneurship, knowledge, skills, and experiences, with a clear objective of driving digital transformation in the business world.
Under the theme “Discover the Talent Summit in Madrid,” the event featured prominent startups and companies presenting inspiring projects in talent development and management. BeAmbassador secured the first prize in the Startups category, highlighting its technological approach in key areas such as Human Resources and Employer Branding.
The event took place at the Abante Asesores auditorium in Madrid, filled with exciting and enriching moments. Hosted by Xelena Niedbala Hernández, the audience witnessed presentations from six startups, including BeAmbassador, Efficient Happiness, eTrivium, Nova, TalentFY, and Vidext. The high quality of the projects presented made the jury’s decision, composed of prominent professionals in Human Resources, training, and talent, a challenging task. In the end, BeAmbassador claimed the first prize, with Nova securing the second prize.
“This recognition at the VI Talent Summit is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire BeAmbassador team. We are committed to innovation in digital solutions for Human Resources, and this award validates our technological approach. We are proud to be part of an event that highlights the importance of digital transformation in talent management,” commented José Olarreaga, CEO of BeAmbassador, upon receiving the award.
The day was not just an opportunity to recognize emerging talent in the technological field of Human Resources but also to underscore the importance of digitization in people management for both large and small companies. The Foundation aims to make Spain a benchmark in technological solutions for talent, recognizing that people and their talents are the nation’s most valuable assets.
This ceremony also marked the inauguration of the hashtag #PremioEmpresa, recognizing the best digitization in Human Resources. This prestigious award was presented to Parques Reunidos, emphasizing their outstanding work in digital transformation in people management.
The event featured key collaborators such as Abai, Fundación Ibercaja, AUREN, interacso, Skiller Academy, and ORH-Observatorio de Recursos Humanos. The afternoon included the presentation of the updated HRTECH MAP, a compilation of the leading technology-based initiatives in talent development and measurement.
Distinguished speakers like Alex Pallete (PICNIC. Purpose-driven Growth) and Joan Alvares (PutosModernos) provided valuable insights into talent retention and brand communication through humor, respectively.
With the successful conclusion of the Talent Summit in Madrid, BeAmbassador gears up for the next edition, demonstrating that the pace of progress never halts. The event not only celebrates emerging talent but also serves as a beacon illuminating the path toward a more innovative and technologically advanced business future.
