No login required: your candidates can access via a secure link.

They can complete their personal information and include their own image.

They will be able to know at all times what stage of the process they are in.

They can also complete the digital skills survey.

Your candidates can communicate with the administrator through the comments section.

FAQ

There are two types of surveys: digital competence analysis and internal analysis. For both, the system already incorporates a survey template with questions, possible answers, and the correct answer. However, all of this can be edited by the administrator.

Yes! The administrator can customize both the digital competencies survey and the internal survey, establish the type of responses, and the correct answers. They can also create sections and headers within the surveys, as well as define the order of the questions. Forms can also be created and modified and can be embedded on the website or landing pages created in the candidate module.

From the BeCandidate portal, the administrator can start the survey and immediately candidates will receive a notification with a link to the candidate portal from where they can complete the survey.

Once all the analyses have been performed, the candidate has a global quality indicator, based on the different surveys previously completed. This will allow the administrator to know the degree of qualification and move the candidate to the Finalist tab.

This model analyzes the relevant text from each candidate’s LinkedIn profile and compares it to the personality traits chosen by the administrator. This way, a score can be obtained based on the match between the traits established by the administrator and the candidate’s profile. This improves leadership effectiveness and enhances productivity in the workplace. Additionally, it is commonly used in personality assessment, including personnel selection and vocational guidance.

Of course! The entire process that is carried out through the BeCandidate application, from start to finish, is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent is requested from both the candidate and the administrator before their data is sent, and they are informed of all their rights.
